Really disappointed with this Starbucks. On occasion, I will get a Naked juice blended on ice. However, the guy at the register did not know how to blend a Naked juice into some ice cubes, so he refused to make it for me. I was disappointed then and I still am disappointed 10 minutes later.

Quick service, always friendly people, and delicious coffee! I always get the same thing...WHITE CHOCOLATE MOCHA latte...to die for! I have tried the cake pops as well and let me say heavenly! I love sweets and those are close to the top of my list along with the cute little pies that just came out not too long ago. Apple is the best but I think there is also cherry flavor. I do not recommend eating too many, surely they can not be good for. The only bad thing, they taste so good but go right to your butt.

This Starbucks is adequate. Used to be one of my go-to stops when I attended ECC approximately 100 years ago (I kid), but I rarely make it in to this store anymore. Today I stopped in to treat myself to an iced caramel macchiato. Since becoming independent (read: broke), I rarely patron S-bux but I figure when it counts as your lunch $5 isn't really that unreasonable for a coffee drink. Anyhow, as soon as I entered the store, I noticed two things: 1. it smelled and 2. sorta cute guy working there. It smelled like...someone tried cleaning the place but used dirty water. I have a really good sense of smell and I def was picking up on something not fresh. It wasn't nasty or putrid but it was not good. The crowd was thin, pretty diverse group of coffee drinkin, paper readin, laptop typin peeps of all ages and the store was otherwise clean. The service was fast and friendly (and sorta cute). However, I think the universe was cursing me for treating myself to a coffee drink because I promptly choked on the caramel drizzle and I exited the store. Cool.

My "home base" Starbucks. Tons better than the "Tar-Bucks" in Target. Drinks do lack care during busy hours.. but if you go during the week, off lunch hours, when they have more time... some outstanding baristas! BooyA!

My husband and I visited this Starbucks one week ago and had a wonderful experience thanks to Rose. She was very helpful and took the time to answer our questions about various drinks and food items. She also introduced us to the new almond croissant. Her patience, knowledge, and pleasant demeanor really made this an experience worth reviewing. Thank you, Rose, for a wonderful visit to Starbucks. We will definitely be back to this location because of the excellent customer service!!

This is my "go-to" Starbucks, not just because it's fairly close to my home, but it is consistently the one Starbucks where all of the staff is friendly and attentive all the time. I have had good and bad experiences at other Starbucks, depending upon who's working when. But the group here seems to always be upbeat, friendly, and NICE to me. Love it!!

I will have to say this used to be my favorite Starbucks. Now I very seldom stop there. Since all the regular servers either left or were let go my drink is never right. Why should I keep paying almost $5 for a drink that is wrong?

Normal Starbucks. Normal drinks. My kids have an unhealthy obsession with Starbucks and we occasionally give in to their pleas. I can't really say much else - we ordered drinks, we got our drinks. I did not like the Peppermint Mocha latte. It tasted burnt and bitter. It got dumped. Next time I know to order something else.

I'm a regular - really regular - actually they know me by order :) as I am pretty consistent in my ordering.. my only complaint is some try too hard to be quirky that it is actually annoying - sometimes you just want to order and not have a this weird 'dialog' through the order box - it happens more at this location than others I frequent - but I have never had a bad drink, place is always clean, quick and friendly - Its my place!!!

I go to this Starbucks 6 out of 7 days a week. I LOVE all the staff. I used to see the same people all the time but now seems like different people everyday. This normally would bother me but I have to say all the staff is so friendly and always always get my order right. Thank you Barista's for starting my day off wonderfully.

I'm really disappointed with the extreme push for the pay it forward in the drive thru line today. I was so pressured and guilted by the barista that I gave in and ended up spending more money than my actual order cost and missing out on my 3 bonus stars for today. I almost had a full blown panic attack with the pressure given. I have not been very happy with this Starbucks for awhile since my orders have been messed up, there have been longer than normal wait times, and the continuous push for the pay it forward in the drive thru. I will either go to other Starbucks or switch to Dunkin. I don't need to be guilted into paying for others' orders. That just isn't right.

This is my neighborhood Starbucks where the drive up is very popular. I like to go inside where the friendly baristas know my name and the service is a little faster, nice! This location doesn't have the clover machine so the exotic coffee choices are not here but hopefully soon. The Cafe has been remodeled to the new Starbucks look with a large conference table and power outlets everywhere.
